摘要
开拓大巷的稳定是煤矿安全生产的重要保障,但开拓大巷支护失效的问题仍然时有发生,对实现煤矿的安全高效生产产生威胁。以潞安集团某矿为例,其西翼采区开拓大巷受工作面开采影响明显,巷道变形破坏十分严重。文章通过现场的钻孔窥视和数值计算,揭示了其西翼采区开拓大巷变形破坏的原因。研究结果表明,开拓大巷布置在煤层中,而煤层自身裂隙发育显著,稳定性较差是西翼采区开拓大巷变形破坏显著的直接原因。此外,对现有大巷进行挑顶导致开拓大巷断面变成瘦高型,造成开拓大巷周围塑性区范围进一步加剧。基于研究结果提出“煤岩体性质强化改造+围岩加固+辅助支护”的联合支护方式,现场试验应用表明:新方案的围岩移近量分别减少了31.5%和35.7%,有效缓解了原支护失效的问题。
The stability of main roadway development is an important guarantee for coal mine safety in production,but the failure of main roadway support still occurs from time to time,which threatens the realization of coal mine safety and high-efficiency production.Taking Lu'an Group as an example,the development roadway in the west wing mining area is obviously influenced by the mining face,and the deformation and destruction of the roadway are very serious.This paper reveals the causes of deformation and failure of the opening roadway in the west wing of the mining area by means of in-situ borehole observation and numerical calculation.The results show that the main roadway is arranged in the coal seam,and the fracture of the coal seam is well developed,and the poor stability is the direct cause of the deformation and failure of the main roadway in the west wing mining area.In addition,the roof-lifting of the existing main roadway results in the thin and high section of the main roadway,which further aggravates the plastic area around the main roadway.Based on the research results,a combined support method of"strengthening transformation of coal and rock mass properties+reinforcement of surrounding rock+auxiliary support"is proposed.Field Test shows that the new scheme reduces the amount of surrounding rock movement by 31.5%and 35.7%respectively,it effectively alleviates the problem of the original support failure.
