双高强螺栓止裂法对疲劳性能的影响研究

摘要 采用钢板做的拉伸试样,并在裂纹前端打孔,并在孔上拧上高强度螺栓。通过有限元仿真,对比分析单止裂孔,单高强度螺栓,双高强度螺栓三种方法的止裂效果,研究了双高强度螺栓对疲劳性能的影响,发现施加高强螺栓后,钢板表面与螺栓垫板之间产生的摩擦力遏制了裂纹的张开,相较与止裂孔和单高强度螺栓止裂,双高强度螺栓止裂更能减小应力集中,能够更好的提高试样的疲劳性能。可以通过此方法提高含裂纹结构的使用寿命。 The tensile specimens with steel plate is used and punched at the front of crack,and the high strength bolt is screwed in the hole. Through the finite element simulation,and based on contrast analysis on crack prevention effects of the three methods of the single stop-cracking hole,single high strength bolt and the double high strength bolt,influence of the double high-strength bolt on fatigue performance is studied;it is found that after applying high strength bolt,friction between the steel plate surface and the bolt pad plate prevents the crack opening. In comparison with the crack hole and the single high strength bolt crack,the double high strength bolt crack arrest can better reduce the stress concentration and improve the fatigue performance of the sample. This method can be used to improve the service life of the cracked structure.
