魔芋基全降解液态农用地膜工艺优化

摘要 为优化以魔芋粉为原料制备液态农用地膜的工艺条件,以土壤蒸发抑制率为评价指标,选取混合温度、静止时间、地膜厚度为影响因素,运用Minitab软件进行试验设计,建立响应曲面回归模型,进行响应曲面分析,优化农膜制备工艺条件。结果表明,液态农用地膜制备最佳条件为:混合温度为61.2℃,静置时间为15min,地膜厚度为0.0086 mm。 To optimize the preparation of liquid mulching film for agricultural uses from konjac,inhibition of evaporation was determined evaluation index.Additives,temperature during mixing,aging time and mulching thickness were taken as main influence factors.The experimental design was made with Minitab soft,response surface model was established,and technological conditions of the preparation was optimized.The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions are defined that additives are mixed at 61.2 centigrade,aging time is 15 minutes,and mulching thickness of film is about 0.0086 mm.
