摘要
目的:探究血液检验标本误差产生的原因,总结相关预防措施。方法:共计抽取60例血液检验误差标本作为研究对象,详细分析60例血液样本出现误差的主要原因,分别计算各类原因所占比例。结果:血液标本检测误差原因主要存在于血液标本检测(25.00%)、血液标本采集(23.33%)、血液标本送检(33.33%)以及患者自身原因(18.33%),其中占比较高的主要为血液标本送检时间过长(33.33%)、血液样本量过少(18.33%)、血液样本采集后未能及时检测(16.67%)、患者抽血前未按照要求进行禁食(13.33%)。结论:血液标本检测各个环节的因素均可能对检测结果造成影响,相关医护人员在血液检验过程中需要根据实际情况严格按照要求开展各项工作,尽早提醒患者血液检验中的注意事项,确保检验质量的提升。
Objective:To explore the causes of blood sample error and summarize relevant preventive measures.Methods:A total of 60 samples of blood test errors were selected as the objects of the study,all of which were tested in hospital.The main reasons for the errors in 60 blood samples were analyzed in detail,and the proportion of various reasons was calculated respectively.Results:Blood samples error reason mainly exists in the blood samples(25.00%),blood specimen collection(23.33%),blood specimens were(33.33%),and the patient's own reasons(18.33%),which mainly makes blood specimen of high time is too long(33.33%),too little blood sample size(18.33%),blood samples failed to timely detection(16.67%),patients'blood after the carried out in accordance with the requirements of fast(13.33%).Conclusion:Factors in each link of blood sample testing may have an impact on the test results.In the blood testing process,relevant medical personnel should carry out all work in strict accordance with the requirements according to the actual situation,and remind patients of the matters needing attention in blood testing as soon as possible to ensure the improvement of test quality.
