摘要
目的:随着网络信息化进程的加速,近年各种教学软件在临床护理带教工作中的应用也越来越多。该文主要探讨网络信息化教学模式在临床护理带教中的效果。方法:将实习生随机分为对照组以及干预组,对照组实习生采用线下一般临床护理带教模式,干预组采用钉钉课堂进行护理带教,比较两组实习生出科考试成绩,并采用问卷调查两组实习生出科满意度以评估临床护理带教效果。结果:干预组实习生出科时对带教老师各方面的评价均高于对照组,且出科考试成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:网络信息化的临床护理带教模式在教学质量方面优于传统带教模式,且实习生对带教老师的满意度也显著提高。
Objective:With the acceleration of informatization,various teaching software have been used more and more in clinical nursing education in recent years.This research mainly discusses the effect of network information teaching mode in clinical nursing education.Method:The interns were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The interns in the control group used offline general clinical nursing teaching mode,and the intervention group used DingTalk classroom for nursing education.The two groups of interns were compared and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the satisfaction of the two groups of interns to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical nursing education.Results:The interns in the intervention group gave higher evaluations to the teachers in all aspects when leaving the department than the control group,and the results of the leaving examination were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The network information-based clinical nursing teaching model is superior to the traditional teaching model in terms of teaching quality,and interns'satisfaction with the education teacher is also significantly improved.
