摘要
针对混输原油在输油末站泵前出现大量蜡沉积物,导致过滤器频繁清洗的现象,以脱气后的插输原油(1号)、首站原油(2号)、末站混输原油和沉积物为研究对象,通过采用族组分分析、流变性测试、析蜡特性测试、碳数分布测试等手段,探讨了混输原油的结蜡特性。结果表明,混输后原油中各组分含量介于混输前各组分含量之间,混输过程属于物理现象;与混输原油相比,沉积物的蜡质含量大幅增加,胶质、沥青质含量小幅增加,反常点大幅增加;沉积物的微观图像与1号原油类似,且出现了只有1号原油才有的C35、C36组分,1号原油中机械杂质含量较高;混输原油和沉积物的特性与1号原油的相似度更高,说明1号原油对混输原油蜡沉积的影响和作用较大;在混输原油中加入0.1%、10%和20%(质量分数)的沥青分散剂后,原油析蜡点大幅下降,从60℃下降到46.37℃,同时析蜡量也大幅降低。
In view of a large amount of wax depositing before the oil pumps of the mixed crude oil terminal station,and leading to frequently cleaning filters,this paper takes the degassed injecting crude oil(No.1),the first station crude oil(No.2),the mixed crude oil and the sediments as research projects,explores the wax precipitation characteristics of the mixed crude oil by means of group component analysis,rheology test,wax formation property test,carbon number distribution test.The results show that the group component contents in the mixed crude oil is within the those of the original crude oils;the mixing process belongs to a physical phenomenon.Compared with the mixed crude oil,the content of the waxy sediment increases significantly,the contents of colloid and asphaltene in the sediment increases slightly,and the anomalous points increases significantly.The microscopic image of the sediment is similar to that of No.1 crude oil,also containing C35 and C36 components that only exists in No.1 crude oil,and the content of mechanical impurities in No.1 crude oil is relatively high.The characteristics of the mixed crude oil and the sediment are more similar to that of No.1 crude oil,which indicates that No.1 crude oil has a greater influence and effect on wax deposition.After adding 0.1%,10%and 20%(mass fraction)to the mixed crude oil,the crude wax precipitation point decreases significantly from 60℃to 46.37℃,while the wax formation volume decreases significantly.
