基于主成分分析的西部地区城市竞争力评价研究 被引量:23

摘要 随着新型城镇化建设任务发布、高质量发展等概念提出、双循环发展新格局的演变以及推进西部大开发等相关政策颁布,西部地区建设逐步成为我国经济发展战略中的重要一环。推进西部地区经济社会发展,是顺应中国特色社会主义进入新时代、区域协调发展进入新阶段、统筹国内国际两个大局的必然要求。从城市竞争力角度出发,构建城市竞争力评价模型,运用主成分分析法和spss22.0软件对西部地区中的51个样本城市进行实证分析,得出相关城市发展的优势与短板,提出要聚焦优势城市,加强城市间的互动合作;明确城市定位,发挥城市优势;整合南北资源,协调区域发展,以此推动西部地区城市建设发展,提升城市竞争力。 The construction of western China has gradually become an important part of China’s economic development strategy with the release of new urbanization construction tasks,the proposal of high-quality development and other concepts,the evolution of the new pattern of double-cycle development and the promulgations of relevant policies to promote the development of western China.To promote economic and social development in the western region is a necessary requirement for China to adapt to the overall situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,coordinated regional development entering a new stage,and balancing domestic and international interests.From the perspective of urban competitiveness,the evaluation model of urban competitiveness is constructed,and 51 sample cities in western China are analyzed by principal component analysis and SPSS22.0 software.The advantages and disadvantages of the development of relevant cities are obtained,and the interaction and cooperation between cities should be strengthened by focusing on the dominant cities.Make city positioning clear and give play to its advantages;Integrating the resources of the north and the south,coordinating the regional development,so as to promote the urban construction and development of the western region and enhance the competitiveness of the city.
