摘要
目的:考察依恋焦虑与数字囤积行为的关系,以及无法忍受不确定性和情绪调节困难在其中的作用。方法:采用依恋焦虑量表、数字囤积量表、无法忍受不确定性量表、情绪调节困难量表对372名大学生及成人进行调查。结果:①依恋焦虑、无法忍受不确定性和情绪调节困难相互间存在显著相关,且均能正向预测数字囤积行为;②无法忍受不确定性和情绪调节困难在依恋焦虑和数字囤积的关系中起部分中介作用,也构成了链式中介作用。结论:依恋焦虑会增加个体的数字囤积行为,也可通过增加无法忍受不确定性或情绪调节困难水平导致个体的数字囤积行为,或通过无法忍受不确定性和情绪调节困难的链式中介作用对数字囤积行为产生影响。
Objective:The present study was designed to explore the role of attachment anxiety on digital hoarding behavior and the mediating effect of intolerance of uncertainty and difficulties in emotion regulation.Methods:A total of 372 college students and adults were investigated by questionnaires,including Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory,Intolerance of Uncertainty Scale-12,Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale and Digital hoarding behavior scale.Results:①There were significant correlations among attachment anxiety,intolerance of uncertainty and difficulties in emotion regulation,and all of them could predict digital hoarding behavior positively.②Intolerance of uncertainty and difficulties in emotional regulation partly mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and digital hoarding,and they constituted a chain intermediary role.Conclusion:Attachment anxiety directly increases the digital hoarding behavior,and also influences the digital hoarding behavior by increasing the intolerance of uncertainty and difficulties in emotional regulation.
