摘要
目的:探讨自我表露的预期结果在成人依恋风格和专业心理求助态度之间的中介作用。方法:采用亲密关系经历量表、寻求专业性心理帮助态度问卷简版、自我表露的预期结果量表对944名成人进行问卷调查。结果:(1)预期风险在依恋回避和依恋焦虑对专业心理求助态度的影响中起中介作用。(2)预期效用在依恋回避对专业心理求助态度的影响中起中介作用。结论:成人依恋通过自我表露的预期结果影响专业心理求助态度,且依恋回避和依恋焦虑两个维度的中介机制有差异。
Objective:To explore the mediating effects of the self disclosure expectations between adult attachment and attitudes toward seeking professional help.Methods:A sample of 944 adults was assessed with Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory,Disclosure Expectations Scale and Attitude toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help-Short Form.Results:①Anticipated risks played mediating roles both between attachment avoidance and attitude toward seeking help,and between attachment anxiety and attitude toward seeking help.②Anticipated benefits played a mediating role between attachment avoidance and attitude toward seeking help.Conclusion:Thedisclosure expectations mediates the relationship between attachment orientations and attitudes towards seeking help,and the mediating mechanisms of different attachment orientations in seeking help are different.
