摘要
通过对一款新型恒温无菌半容积式热交换器进行研究分析,提出了一种无冷温水滞水区水加热设备的性能测试方法.通过ANSYS软件建立CFD模型,对试验数据进行验证及对比,同时对罐体内的温度分布、速度分布及液态分布进行模拟分析.CFD模型较好地体现了外部边界条件对罐体内水温、水流状态的影响.该测试方法可作为无冷温水滞水区水加热设备的检测依据.
Based on the research and analysis of a new type of a constant temperature aseptic half volume heat exchanger,this article puts forward a performance test method of water heating equipment in stagnant zone without cold and warm water.Establishing the CFD model by ANSYS to verify and compare the test data meanwhile simulating and analyzing the temperature distribution,velocity distribution and liquid distribution in the tank.The CFD model well reflects the influence of external boundary conditions on water temperature and flow state in the tank.The experimental results show that the test method can be used as a basis for the test of water heating equipment in stagnant zone without cold and warm water.
