摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚树脂、增塑剂、抗氧剂、除水剂、催化剂和偶联剂等为原料,制备高层建筑外墙接缝防水硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。研究了不同原料成分、用量及不同环境条件对硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、粘接面破坏情况和贮存稳定性等性能的影响。研究结果表明:高温除水处理聚醚多元醇,可有效保证硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的稳定性;m(聚醚二元醇)∶m(聚醚三元醇)=1∶1~3∶2时,硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的弹性回复率最高,并可降低胶体黏度;增塑剂的平均相对分子质量为3000,且用量份数为40份时,制备的硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的相容性最高,不易渗出;按n(纳米碳酸钙)∶n(重质碳酸钙)=1∶1比例混合作为填料,胶体的拉伸强度、弹性回复率与断裂伸长率最高且外观细腻;w(催化剂)=2.0%(相对于硅烷改性聚醚密封胶总质量而言)时,硅烷改性聚醚密封胶的综合性能最好,胶体的断裂伸长率最高。
The waterproof silane modified poly ether sealant for exterior wall joints of high-rise buildings was prepared with silane modified polyether resin,plasticizer,antioxidant,dehydrating agent,catalyst and coupling agent as raw materials.The effects of different raw material composition,dosage,and environmental conditions on the elongation at break,tensile strength,damage of bonding surface and storage stability of silane modified polyether sealant were studied.The research results showed that the stability of silane modified polyether sealant could be effectively guaranteed by high temperature water removal treatment of polyether polyol.When m(polyether diol):m(poly ether triol)=1:1-3:2,the elastic recovery rate of silane modified poly ether sealant was the highest and the colloidal viscosity could be reduced.When the average molecular weight of plasticizer was 3000 and the dosage was 40 phr weight parts,the compatibility of silane modified poly ether sealant prepared was the highest,and it was not easy to exude.When n(nano calcium carbonate):n(heavy calcium carbonate)=1:1 were mixed as filler,the tensile strength,elastic recovery and elongation at break of the colloid were the highest and the appearance was fine.When w(catalyst)=2.0%(relative to the total mass of silane modified poly ether sealant),the comprehensive performance of silane modified polyether sealant was the best,and the elongation at break of the colloid was the highest.
