摘要
高职教育的生命力在于专业设置与地区产业发展需求的适应性。基于宁夏各产业“十三五”期间发展现状和对技能技术人才需求的变化,从学生结构层面,分别对就业结构与产业结构适应性展开分析。研究发现,学生结构与产业结构适应性较好、与就业结构适应性较低,专业设置覆盖面虽广但重复度较高,重点产业人才供给不足。宁夏高职院校招生要以区域内三大产业比例为对照,因地制宜制定就业增长优先的相关政策。
The vitality of higher vocational education lies in the adaptability of professional setting and regional industrial development needs.Based on the development status of various industries in Ningxia during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period and the changes in the demand for skilled and technical talents,the adaptability of employment structure and industrial structure is analyzed from the perspective of student structure.It is found that the adaptability of student structure to industrial structure is relatively good,and the adaptability to employment structure is low.Although the coverage of professional setting is wide,the degree of repetition is high,and the supply of talents in key industries is insufficient.The enrollment of higher vocational colleges in Ningxia should take the ratio of the three major industries in the region as the control,and formulate relevant policies for employment growth priority according to local conditions.
