摘要
文章采用修正IPA法调查分析张掖景区厕所游客体验满意度,从游客感知角度了解张掖旅游厕所革命在景区的效果,为进一步提升景区厕所管理和服务水平提供参考和指导。结果表明:厕所“找得到、用得上、有特色、家庭卫生间、干净卫生”是游客最重视的特征,但体验满意度一般;其次为厕所的蹲式便器、非手动冲洗设计、导览图厕所标识、消耗品供应,且满意度很高。游客对厕所建在哪个位置、内部空间布局、儿童洗手池和寄存柜等人性化设施不在意,实际体验也不太满意;对厕所相关隐私保护设计、洗手干手设施、文明如厕宣传、厕所指引标识符号、挪作他用不太关注,但体验满意度较高。
This paper analyzed the satisfaction of tourists on the toilets in Zhangye scenic area using revised IPA method to check the effects of tourist toilet revolution in scenic area from the perspective of tourists and provide reference for improving the management and service level of toilets in scenic areas.It can be concluded that most of the tourists value the features including findable,accessible,characteristic,family toilet and clean and sanitary,while they only experienced average satisfaction.In addition,Tourists not only also paid much attention to the squatting toilet,non-manual flushing design,toilet logo in the guiding map and consumables supply,but also got the highest satisfaction.On the other hand,the toilets'location,the internal space layout,children's sink and locker have gained less attention nor the satisfaction from the tourist.The toilet related privacy protection design,hand washing and drying facilities,civilized toilet publicity,guide signs and occupation have received less attention but higher satisfaction from the tourist.
