三废混燃炉电-袋复合除尘工艺的工程实践

摘要 随着国家对锅炉大气污染物排放标准要求的提高,云南云天化红磷化工有限公司(简称红磷化工)50 t/h三废混燃炉电除尘器由于工艺落后、设备老化等原因,其尾气排放已不能符合相关排放标准的要求。结合电除尘器及袋式除尘器的技术优缺点,在原电除尘器的基础上进行了电-袋复合除尘工艺技改,保留第一级静电除尘器,后三级电除尘器改为袋式除尘器。技改后,三废混燃炉尾气排放达到了预期效果。 With the improvement of the national emission standards for atmospheric pollutants in boilers,the electric dust remover of 50 t/h three Wastes fluidized mix combustion furnace in Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd. due to backward technology,aging equipment and other reasons,its exhaust emissions can not meet the requirements of the relevant emission standards;The technical advantages and disadvantages of bag dust remover,on the basis of the original electric dust remover to carry out electric-bag composite dust removal technology reform,retain the first level of electrostatic dust remover,the latter three levels of electric dust remover into a bag dust remover;after the technical reform,the exhaust emissions of the three Wastes fluidized mix combustion furnace have achieved the desired effect.
