06Cr19Ni10不锈钢夹套断裂分析

摘要 06Cr19Ni10不锈钢夹套在使用了3个月后断裂。对断裂的夹套进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验,以查明其断裂的原因。结果表明:夹套的硬度偏高,含碳量偏高;碳化物沿晶界分布,并发生了点蚀,还具有应力腐蚀断裂的特征。据此可以断定,材料不合格、点蚀以及冷轧硬化导致了夹套的过早断裂。 Clamping sleeves,made from 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel,fractured after three months of service.The fractured clamping sleeve was tested for appearance,chemical composition,hardness,and microstructure,in order that the cause for its fracturing was discovered.The results demonstrated that the clamping sleeve exhibited hardness and carbon content which all were higher than the required level,carbides dispersing at grain boundary,pitting,as well as was characterized by stress corrosion cracking.From these facts it was concluded that the remature fracturing of the clamping sleeves was traced to the unqualified material,the pitting and the cold-rolling hardening.
