基于BIM的公共历史建筑运维关键数据集成方法 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,BIM运维技术受到的关注日益增多,应用BIM运维技术的新建项目也越来越多,但是针对历史建筑的BIM运维管理技术研究还有待开展,尤其是在公共历史建筑图纸资料缺漏、改建频繁的背景下,针对运维关键数据的正确建立、数据的持续化集成、运维平台落地使用的研究还处于初级阶段。结合上海历史保护建筑上海音乐厅修缮改建的运维管理实施项目,分析了针对历史建筑的运维管理特点和关键数据集成的重点、难点,详细研究了针对历史建筑的运维关键数据集成解决方案。最后总结了研究方案的优点,为深入研究历史建筑BIM运维管理技术提供支持。 In recent years,BIM operation and maintenance technology has attracted more and more attention,and there are more and more new projects applying BIM operation and maintenance technology.However,the research on BIM operation and maintenance management technology for historical buildings remains to be carried out.Especially in the context of the lack of drawings and data of public historical buildings and frequent reconstruction,the research on the correct establishment of key operation and maintenance data,the continuous integration of data and the landing and use of operation and maintenance platform is still in the primary stage.Combined with the operation and maintenance management implementation project of the repair and reconstruction of Shanghai Concert Hall,a historical building in Shanghai,the operation and maintenance management characteristics of historical buildings and the key and difficult points of key data integration are analyzed,and the operation and maintenance key data integration solutions for historical buildings are studied in detail.Finally,the advantages of the research scheme are summarized to provide support for the in-depth study on BIM operation and maintenance management technology for historical buildings.
