异形双曲斜交网格单层网壳高空安装关键技术 被引量:3

摘要 针对工程狭长区域异形双曲单层网壳高空安装施工难度大的问题,对安装技术进行了攻关。局部区域采用综合吊装法配合贝雷架,利用原结构设置钢结构转换层,无需搭设竖向超高支撑架,减少高空作业工作量,降低项目资源投入,有利于项目进行高质量安全生产。中庭区域设置自由曲面造型的玻璃顶飘带,采用斜交网格单层壳结构,下设树状四枝柱支撑网壳。网壳结构安装分别采用地面拼装整体顶升及综合吊装的施工技术。工程实践结果表明,该技术网架安装过程快捷可靠,可为高精度异形双曲面钢结构安装工程做参考。 In view of the difficulty of high-altitude installation of special-shaped hyperbolic single-layer reticulated shell in the narrow and long area,the installation technology has been tackled.In partial areas,the comprehensive hoisting method is used to cooperate with the bailey truss,and the steel structure transfer layer is set using the original structure.There is no need to set up vertical super high support frame,which reduces the workload of high-altitude operation,reduces the investment of project resources,and is conducive to high-quality and safe production of the project.For the atrium area,a free-form surface glass top streamer is set,an oblique grid single-layer shell structure is adopted,and a tree four branch column is set under it to support the reticulated shell.The installation of reticulated shell structure adopts the construction technology of ground assembly,integral jacking and comprehensive hoisting.The engineering practice results show that the grid installation process using this technology is fast and reliable,and can be used as a reference for the installation engineering of high-precision special-shaped hyperboloid steel structure.
