摘要
教育是国之大计、党之大计。高校的政治监督重点在招生,招生的政治监督重点在研究生招生录取。研究生招生录取政治监督有利于维护国家考试制度的公正,有利于维护广大考生的合法权益,有利于维护高校风清气正的形象和保障研究生招生录取工作更好地开展。目前,研究生招生录取过程问题频发,调剂录取存在“不确定性”、复试普遍存在形式主义、复试过程不透明、破格录取不严谨、复试腐败之风悄然滋长。研究生招生录取政治监督,具有监督人员范围广、监督环节流程多、监督跨度时间长、监督松紧度难把控等特点。政治监督在研究生招生录取中的实践,要做到加强事前监督、全面梳理风险点、紧盯关键环节、做到监督常态化。
Education is the great plan of the country and the Party.The political supervision in colleges and universities focuses on enrollment,and the political supervision of enrollment focuses on the enrollment of graduate students.The political supervision of graduate enrollment is conducive to maintaining the justice of the national examination system,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of candidates,maintaining the clean and positive image of colleges and universities and ensuring the better development of graduate enrollment.At present,there are many problems in the process of graduate enrollment,such as“uncertainty”in the adjustment of admission,formalism in the reexamination,opacity in the process of reexamination,laxity in exceptional admission,and corruption in the reexamination.The political supervision of research and recruitment is characterized by a wide range of supervisors,many supervision processes,long supervision span and difficult control of supervision tightness.In the practice of political supervision in the graduate enrollment we should strengthen the supervision in advance,comprehensively sort out the risk points,focus on the key links,and normalize the supervision.
