摘要
现有医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌系统依旧需要人工参与,导致医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌效率不高,从而对患者的治疗带来消极影响,为了解决上述问题,设计一种基于自动化检测设备的医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌系统。该系统以PLC为核心,通过短距离无线通信技术,将机械手分拣拆卸装置、自动化消毒灭菌一体机以及CSY-ATP荧光检测仪集为一体,实现集中自动化控制。经系统测试,得到结果表明:灭菌合格率达到99.50%,说明设计的系统对医院腔镜器械具有良好的消毒灭菌效果,达到了《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范(2004年版)》规定的要求。
In view of the fact that the existing disinfection and sterilization system of endoscopic instruments in hospitals still requires manual participation, the efficiency of disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments in hospitals is not high, which will have a negative impact on the treatment of patients. In order to solve the above problems, a design based on automatic detection equipment is designed The disinfection and sterilization system of hospital endoscopic instruments. The system takes PLC as the core and uses short-distance wireless communication technology to integrate the manipulator sorting and disassembly device, the automatic disinfection and sterilization integrated machine, and the CSY-ATP fluorescence detector to achieve centralized automatic control. After system testing, the results show that the sterilization qualification rate reaches 99.50%, indicating that the designed system has a good disinfection and sterilization effect on hospital endoscopic instruments, and meets the requirements of the "Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection Technical Operation Specification(2004 Edition)".
