摘要
顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔传统封孔方式存在钻孔裂隙漏气,导致瓦斯抽采浓度偏低,为解决钻孔裂隙漏气,提高瓦斯抽采浓度,研究封隔一体化封孔新技术,主要通过对渗透率较低的弹塑性区增加封孔槽以主动卸压提高注浆渗透率,减少裂隙漏气。通过现场试验对比:该封孔法较传统封孔法钻孔初始瓦斯抽采浓度提高44.7%,平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高55.2%。
the bedding gas extraction from traditional drilling hole sealing way borehole fissure leak,result in low concentration of the gas extraction,to solve the borehole fissure gas leakage,improve the concentration of the gas extraction,the integration of packer sealing hole new technology,mainly through the elastic and plastic zone of low permeability increase active pressure relief hole sealing groove to enhance grouting penetration,reduce crack leakage.Field tests showed that the initial gas extraction concentration and average gas extraction concentration were increased by 44.7%and 55.2%compared with the traditional sealing method.
