摘要
煤矿生产离不开稳定的通风系统。规程规定矿井每三年需要进行一次通风阻力测定,确保通风系统阻力分布在合理区间,同时找出通风系统存在的问题进行校正。本文根据通风阻力测定结果,进行网络解算,找出平煤十矿通风系统存在的问题:①平煤十矿-己四采区存在风量紧张局面,随着煤矿开采造成的通风路线边长及用风地点增加,当前风机不再满足用风需求;②设备老化严重,平煤十矿-己四通风机经过25年运行,设备老化严重、不能满足用风需求。对己四主要通风机选型进行探讨,确定了平煤十矿-己四通风机型号及工矿:通风机型号为FBCDNo38,通风容易时期风机的叶片角度应调整为36°/24°;通风困难时期叶片角度应调整为48°/36°。研究结果为平煤十矿通风系统调整起到指导作用。
coal mine underground production is inseparable from the stable ventilation system.According to the regulations,the mine ventilation resistance should be measured every three years to ensure that the resistance distribution of the ventilation system is in a reasonable range,and the problems existing in the ventilation system should be found out for correction.According to the results of ventilation resistance measurement,this paper finds out the problems existing in the system,discusses the selection of four main fans,and determines the appropriate fan model and industrial and mining.The research results play a guiding role for the adjustment of ventilation system in Pingdingshan No.10 coal mine.
