摘要
在引导务工人员返乡创业成为当前促进乡村振兴新潮流的背景下,分析外出务工经历对家庭创业绩效的影响对后续乡村振兴工作安排具有重要意义。基于社会学习理论,考虑外出务工经历在家庭内部的外溢性,使用Probit模型、倾向得分匹配等计量方法,从家庭层面实证检验外出务工经历与农户家庭创业绩效的关系及其可能的影响机制。研究发现:家庭成员的外出务工经历显著地改善家庭创业绩效;外出务工经历主要是通过提高创业活动所需的人力资本改善农户家庭创业绩效;外出务工经历对创业绩效的影响存在创业规模异质性。地方政府应进一步加大对返乡创业者的技能和知识培训、财政资金支持和信贷支持。
Under the background that guiding migrant workers to return home and start a business has become a new trend to promote rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the impact of migrant workers'experience on family entrepreneurship performance.The impact is of great significance to the follow-up work arrangement of Rural Revitalization.Based on social learning theory,considering the spillover of migrant workers'experience within the family,use Probit model,propensity score matching and other measurement methods empirically test the relationship and possible relationship between migrant workers'experience and farmers'family entrepreneurial performance from the family level Impact mechanism.It is found that the migrant experience of family members significantly improves family entrepreneurial performance;Migrant work experience is mainly through improving entrepreneurship Improve the entrepreneurial performance of farmers'families by mobilizing the required human capital;The impact of migrant work experience on entrepreneurial performance has a heterogeneity of entrepreneurial scale.Suggest local government Increase skills and knowledge training,financial and financial support,credit support,etc.for returning entrepreneurs.
