摘要
目的观察中药热敷联合卤米松封包和308nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法将72例白癜风患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组36例(脱落1例)予卤米松封包和308nm准分子光照射治疗,治疗组36例(脱落1例)在对照组治疗基础上加中药热敷治疗。2组均治疗3个月统计临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分、白斑面积、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分变化情况,统计2组治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果治疗组有效率94.3%(33/35),显效率80.0%(28/35),对照组分别为88.6%(31/35)、34.3%(12/35),2组有效率相当(P>0.05),但显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组。治疗后2组中医证候头晕目眩、失眠健忘、腰膝痠软评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组白斑面积均较本组治疗前缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组DLQI评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为14.3%(5/35),对照组为11.4%(4/35),2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药热敷联合卤米松封包和308nm准分子光治疗白癜风能改善患者中医证候,缩小白斑面积,改善患者生活质量,提高显效率,且不良反应较少,适用于临床。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hot compress combined with halometasone cream package and 308nm excimer light for vitiligo.Methods Totally 72 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases(1 case of shedding)in control group were treated with halometasone cream package and 308nm excimer light,36 cases(1 case of shedding)in treatment group were additionally treated with TCM hot compress on the basis of control group.The treatment continued for 3 months,the aim was to compare TCM syndrome scores,area of leukasmus,dermatology life quality index(DLQI),adverse reactions;the curative effect was counted.Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 94.3%(33/35)and 88.6%(31/35),respectively,the difference between groups being not significant(P>0.05);the obvious effective rate in treatment group and control group was 80.0%(28/35)and 34.3%(12/35),respectively,the difference between groups being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom such as dizziness and vertigo,insomnia forgetfulness,soreness and weakness of waist and knees scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),which decreased notably in treatment group when compared with cortrol group(P<0.05);area of leukasmus in groups remarkably decreased(P<0.05),improvement of which in treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05);DLQI score in groups was lower(P<0.05),which in treatment group was significantly decreased.The difference in adverse reactions between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant[14.3%(5/35)vs 11.4%(4/35),(P>0.05),respectively].Conclusion For vitiligo patients,the combination of the above three can improve the TCM symptoms,reduce leukoplakia area,improve the quality-of-life,and has obviously effective rate,which reduce adverse reactions,with available for clinical.
