摘要
随着时间推移逐渐将成熟的技术手段和设备器械运用到建筑行业当中。其中钢结构工程由于其特殊性,即空间大、跨度大以及经济实用的特点,被广泛利用到建筑施工中,比如厂房、写字楼等各种建筑物都有涉猎。但是,目前在应用广泛的同时,也出现了较多的问题,当前超高层钢结构建筑多为钢框架–混凝土核心筒体系、钢框架体系、钢框架支撑体系以及钢框架–剪力墙体系,在对接型钢柱时,常采取螺栓、连接夹板、耳板,导致施工程序变得过于复杂,难以定位、校正难度较大。基于此,本文就针对超高层建筑钢结构型钢柱连接定位锥销施工进行详细分析,以求能够快速定位空间坐标,且实现安装精度的提升,为坐标精度、安装质量的提高起到一定的促进作用。
With the passage of time,mature technical means and equipment are gradually applied to the construction industry.Among them,steel structure engineering is widely used in construction because of its particularity,that is,large space,large span and economic and practical characteristics,such as factory buildings,office buildings and other buildings.However,at present,while it is widely used,there are also many problems.At present,most of the super high-rise steel structures are steel frame-concrete core tube system,steel frame system,steel frame support system and steel frame-shear wall system.When butting steel columns,bolts,connecting splints and ear plates are often used,which makes the construction procedure too complicated,difficult to locate and difficult to correct.Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the construction of locating taper pin for connection of steel structure columns in super high-rise buildings,in order to locate the spatial coordinates quickly and improve the installation accuracy,which will play a certain role in promoting the improvement of coordinate accuracy and installation quality.
