TBM液压推进缸振动力学建模及其缩聚方法 被引量:2

Research on Dynamic Modeling and Condensation Method of TBM Hydraulic Propelling Cylinder

摘要 针对TBM液压推进机构机械动力最优控制的振动力学建模问题,研究了TBM液压推进缸振动力学建模方法。考虑到其缸体、活塞及液压油的柔性,并利用拉氏动力学方法建立了其三自由度集中参数振动力学模型,运用有限元法验证了模型的有效性。利用动、静态缩聚法对所述模型的自由度进行了缩聚,并对缩聚模型与原模型的动力学特性进行了比较,结果表明:缩聚前后的模型在各推进位置的1阶固有频率最大误差值为1.37 Hz,幅频特性曲线的趋势基本吻合,验证了缩聚模型的有效性。所建立的推进缸振动力学缩聚模型,为推进机构的整机振动力学建模提供了前提条件,且可大大减少推进机构整机振动力学模型的自由度数,为其机械动力最优控制提供了高效、简单的计算模型。 Aiming at the vibration mechanics modeling problem of TBM hydraulic propulsion mechanism mechanical power optimal control,the vibration mechanics modeling method of TBM hydraulic propulsion cylinder is studied.This method considers the flexibility of the cylinder,piston and hydraulic oil,establishes its three-degree-offreedom lumped-parameter vibration mechanics model using Lagrangian dynamics,and uses finite element method to verify the validity of the model.The degree of freedom of the model is condensed by dynamic and static polycondensation methods,and the dynamic characteristics of the polycondensation model and the original model are compared.The results show that the models before and after the polycondensation have the largest error of the firstorder natural frequency at each propulsion position.The value is 1.37 Hz,and the trend of the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve is basically consistent,which verifies the effectiveness of the polycondensation model.The established propulsion cylinder vibration mechanics condensation model provides a prerequisite for the complete machine vibration mechanics modeling of the propulsion mechanism,and can greatly reduce the degree of freedom of the propulsion mechanism vibration mechanics model,and provides an efficient and simple computing model for the optimal control of the mechanical dynamics.
