摘要
为了筛选文冠果适宜的育苗基质配方,以园土、腐熟羊粪、河沙为原料,配制了3种基质配方,并分析了不同基质配方对幼苗生长、生理指标和光合指标的影响,通过方差分析、主成分分析、逐步回归分析等,对不同基质配方的幼苗生长指标进行综合评价,以筛选出较优的育苗基质配方。结果表明:在天山北坡前山带区域(即冷凉气候条件下),文冠果容器育苗的最佳基质配方为园土︰腐熟羊粪︰河沙=6︰2︰2。
To select an appropriate ratio of substrates for seedling raising of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge,this paper has used garden soil,decomposed sheep dung and river sand as experimental materials and developed three kinds of substrate formulas whose effects on seedling growth,physiological indicators and photosynthesis indicators were analyzed.Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation on physiological growth indicators of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge seedlings treated by different substrate formulas was performed through the analysis of variance,principal component analysis,and stepwise regression analysis,so as to screen out the optimal substrate formula.The results showed that in the piedmont zone on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains(i.e.,under cool climate conditions),the optimum substrate formula for container seedling raising of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was garden soil:decomposed sheep dung:river sand=6∶2∶2.
