摘要
某小(1)型水库枢纽建筑物主要包括大坝、溢洪道及两座灌溉引水洞等,大坝拟采用混凝土面板堆石坝。据坝体不同部位的受力情况和变形性状,各区坝料之间应满足水力过渡和变形模量递减的原则,将坝体分区从上游到下游分为铺盖区、盖重区、垫层区、特殊垫层区、过渡区、坝顶堆石区、主堆石区、次堆石区、块石护坡区及抛石区共计10个分区。通过对坝址处地形、地质条件的分析,统筹考虑枢纽各建筑物布置,遵照"物尽其用、以需定挖、减少占地、直接上坝"的原则,优化确定大坝和溢洪道断面设计,将坝基、溢洪道及隧洞开挖料进行分级,用于填筑坝体不同分区。通过土石方平衡规划,做到充分、合理利用开挖料。优化料物调度,提高开挖料直接上坝率,降低工程造价。
A small(1)-type reservoir hydroproject mainly includes a dam,a spillway and two irrigation diversion tunnels. The dam is proposed to be a concrete face rockfill dam. According to the stress and deformation characteristics of different parts of the dam body,the dam materials in each area shall meet the principle of hydraulic transition and decreasing deformation modulus.From upstream to downstream,the dam body is divided into 10 zones: blanket area,cover weight area,cushion area,special cushion area,transition area,dam crest rockfill area,main rockfill area,secondary rockfill area,block stone slope protection area and riprap area.Through the analysis of the topography and geological conditions at the dam site,taking into account the layout of the various buildings of the hydroproject,and following the principle of"making the best use of materials,excavating according to needs,reducing land occupation,and directly going to the dam"the section design of the dam and spillway is optimized and determined,and the excavated materials of the dam foundation,spillway and tunnel are classified for filling different zones of the dam body. Through earth and stone balance planning,the excavation materials can be fully and reasonably planned and utilized. It can optimize material scheduling,increase the rate of excavated materials directly on the dam,and reduce project cost.
