摘要
针对特高压变电站避雷器泄漏电流数据采集不准确的问题,在实验室内搭建工频磁场仿真环境,对不同结构的电流传感器进行工频磁场采集精度试验,选取一种抗干扰能力最好的线圈结构进行设计。设计一种双线圈泄漏电流传感器,经实验室和现场测试,结果表明该传感器在强工频磁场干扰下采集误差≤±2%,满足泄漏电流采集技术规范要求。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate data acquisition of leakage current of arrester in UHV substation, a simulation environment of power frequency magnetic field is built in the laboratory. Accuracy test of power frequency magnetic field acquisition for current sensors with different structures is carried out, and a coil structure with the best anti-interference ability is selected to design. A double-coil leakage current sensor is designed. The results of laboratory and field tests show that the acquisition error of the sensor under the interference of strong power frequency magnetic field is less than ≤ ± 2%, which meets the requirements of technical specifications for leakage current acquisition.
