Objective To investigate the compatible stability of Fluorouracil Injections with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injections,Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection etc,so as to provide evidence for clinical rational drug use. Methods Fluorouracil Injections were compatible with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injections and Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection etc.The appearance,pH value, osmotic pressure, ultraviolet absorbance(UV)value A and insoluble particles of the mixtures were investigated after compatibility at 0,0.5,1,2,4 and 6 hours respectively. Results All of the mixtures were stable within 6 hours in terms of the appearance of the mixture,pH value, osmotic pressure and UV value A,except for the mixture compatible with Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection, which was stable within 2 hours. The number of insoluble particles in the 5 mixtures showed a decreasing trend, which was in accordance with the regulations within 6 hours. Conclusion Fluorouracil Injections can be used with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injections and Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection etc.among which the infusion mixture of Pantoprazole Sodium for Injection should be used up within 2 hours.
