摘要
目的分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年9月—2020年9月诊治的90例结直肠癌患者开展试验研究,将所有患者随机均分为参照组45例和研究组45例,分别给予开腹手术治疗和腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、肛门排气时间、术后肠蠕动时间、恢复日常活动时间和恢复正常饮食时间均明显少于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组的术后肠梗阻发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论给予结直肠癌患者腹腔镜手术治疗能够显著提升患者的手术效果,促使患者快速恢复各项功能,能够有效降低患者发生并发症和术后肠梗阻的概率,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital f r o m September 2017 to September 2020 were selected to carry out the experimental study.All patients were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases)and the study group(45 cases).The patients were given open surgery and laparoscopic surgery respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,anal exhaust time,postoperative peristalsis time,daily activity time and normal diet time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative complications occurred in the study group.The rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative ileus in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer patients can significantly improve the surgical effect of patients,promote the rapid recovery of patients with various functions,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and the probability of postoperative intestinal obstruction,which is worthy of promot ion.
