摘要
本研究旨在揭示四川地区动物源支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bbs)流行分布情况,表征其多重耐药特性,指导临床用药,并延缓Bbs耐药性出现。采用K-B纸片琼脂法分析,检测2018~2020年分离自四川省多个地区的178株Bbs对17种常用抗生素耐药性,分析Bbs多重耐药表型特征。结果显示:Bbs对17种抗生素耐药率介于0~81.46%,其中氟苯尼考、阿莫西林克拉维酸钾、头孢哌酮舒巴坦、粘菌素4种药物均表现为敏感,利福平(75.84%)、呋喃妥因(75.84%)、氨曲南(70.79%)、厄他培南(70.79%)、四环素(67.98%)、复方新诺明(67.98%)、庆大霉素(67.98%)、阿米卡星(67.98%)耐药率较高,头孢他啶(81.46%)、头孢西丁(81.46%)耐药率最高;178株Bbs可分为6种耐药表型,其中多重耐药有4种表型,多重耐药率达75.84%。因此,四川地区Bbs对部分常用药物耐药较为严重,且多数菌株呈多重耐药。
The purpose of this study was to reveal the prevalence and distribution of Bordetella bronchiseptica(Bbs) from animals in Sichuan Province, characterize its multi drug resistance characteristics, guide the clinical medication, and delay the emergence of Bbs resistance.Using K-B disk agar method, 178 strains of Bbs isolated from Sichuan Province from 2018 to 2020 were tested for resistance to 17 common antibiotics.44 resistance genes of aminoglycosides, β-lactams, sulfonamides, fluoroquinolones, amidols and carbapenemases were detected by PCR amplification and sequencing.The characteristics of multi drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance genotype were analyzed.The results showed that the resistance rate of Bbs to 17 kinds of antibiotics ranged from 0 to 81.46%.Among them, florfenicol, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium, cefoperazone sulbactam and myxomycetin were all sensitive.The resistance rates of rifampicin(75.84%),nitrofurantoin(75.84%),aztreonam(70.79%),ertapenem(70.79%),tetracycline(67.98%),cotrimoxazole(67.98%),gentamicin(67.98%),amikacin(67.98%),ceftazidime(81.46%) and cefoxitin(81.46%) were high.The 178 Bbs strains can be divided into 6 types of drug resistance phenotypes, including four types of multidrug resistance phenotypes.The rate of multidrug resistance was 75.84%.The results showed that the resistance of Bbs to some commonly used drugs was serious in Sichuan province, and most of the strains were multi resistant.
