摘要
水平井在生产一段时间后易产生砂埋,轻则影响生产,重则卡住管柱或工具。为解决水平井冲砂效率低、易卡钻等难题,在分析水平井沉砂特点及危险因素的基础上,利用浮力的作用原理,设计了一种浮力式水平井高效冲砂工具。该工具通过保证进砂口始终朝下对沉砂产生抽吸作用,浮力计算说明了该工具的原理可行性,优选了核心部件漂浮器的材料并通过有限元分析了漂浮器的抗压能力,最后通过现场试验说明了该工具的应用效果。漂浮原理分析表明,该漂浮器的材料宜选用密度低于2500kg/m^(3)的铝镁合金。有限元分析表明,漂浮器的最大承受外部压力为60MPa。现场应用表明,该工具可实现水平井冲砂安全、高效、快速的施工,效率提高了3倍。由此可见,该工具的使用对提高水平井冲砂的经济效益具有重要的意义。
Sand burial accident are prone to occur in the horizontal well after a period of production,which may affect the production or even jam the string or tools.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of sand washing and being easy to strike in the horizontal wells,a high-efficiency buoyant sand washing tool for the horizontal well is designed based on the analysis of the characteristics and risk factors of sand sinking in the horizontal well according to the principle of buoyancy.The tool is designed to pump the sinking sand by ensuring the sand inlet is always facing downward,and its feasibility on principle is illustrated by the buoyancy calculations.Material of the core component floater is selected and the pressure resistance of it is analyzed by finite element,and the application result of the tool is illustrated by field test finally.The analysis of the floating principle shows that aluminum-magnesium alloy with density lower than 2500kg/m^(3) should be selected as the material of the floater.The finite element analysis shows that the maximum external pressure of the floater is 60MPa.The field application shows that the tool can realize the sand washing safely,efficiently and quickly for the horizontal well,and the efficiency is increased by three times.It can be seen that the use of this tool is of great significance to improve the economic benefit of the sand washing for the horizontal well.
