摘要
建立评定离子色谱法测定水中碘化物不确定度的方法。对实验过程中的各个不确定度分量的来源,包括测量重复性、标准曲线线性拟合、标准溶液稀释过程等进行了分析,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。
To establish an evaluation method for uncertainty of iodide determination in water by ion chromatography.The main sources of uncertainty in the experiment including repetition of measurement,linear fitting of standard curve,and dilution process of standard solution were analyzed.Finally,the combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated.
