摘要
目的:探究自我领导和拖延行为之间的关系。方法:将长沙某高校的533名大学生作为研究被试,采用一般拖延量表、自我领导量表、一般自我效能感量表、特质焦虑量表与大五人格量表,评定大学生的拖延行为,用SPSS 17.0对数据进行分析。结果:相关分析结果显示拖延与责任心、与自我领导分策略(除成功绩效心象化外)均呈显著负相关(r=-0.359,-0.296,-0.380,-0.155,-0.334,-0.278,-0.182,-0.236,-0.160,-0.235,-0.506;P<0.01),责任心的树立、自我效能感的提高以及自我领导分策略的运用,可以减少拖延行为。拖延与焦虑和神经质呈正相关(r=0.284,0.282;P<0.01),神经质和焦虑情绪的增多,会加剧拖延行为。将拖延作为因变量,与拖延相关的自我领导策略因子作为预测变量。在控制了自我效能感、焦虑、责任心和神经质后,逐步回归分析结果显示,自我领导策略的自我目标设置、自我谈话、自我奖励、自我惩罚、基于任务自然奖励、基于关系自然奖励、针对信念和假设的个人评估、针对信念和假设的社会评估和自我提示能够显著预测拖延行为。结论:相关自我领导策略的运用能减少大学生拖延行为的发生。
Objective:To explore the relationship between self-leadership and procrastination.Methods:A total of 533college students from a university in Changsha were selected as research subjects.The General Procrastination Scale,Self-Leadership Scale,General Self-Efficacy Scale,Trait Anxiety Scale and Big Five Personality Scale were used to assess the procrastination behavior of college students.SPSS17.0was used to analyze the data.Results:The results of correlation analysis showed that procrastination was significantly negatively correlated with conscientiousness,and self-leadership strategies(except for successful performance mentalization)(r=-0.359,-0.296,-0.380,-0.155,-0.334,-0.278,-0.182,-0.236,-0.160,-0.235,-0.506;P<0.01),the establishment of a sense of responsibility,the improvement of self-efficacy,and the use of self-leadership strategies could reduce procrastination.Procrastination was positively correlated with anxiety and neuroticism(r=0.284,0.282;P<0.01).The increase in neuroticism and anxiety would aggravate procrastination behavior.Procrastination was used as a dependent variable,and selfleadership strategy factors related to procrastination were used as predictors.After controlling for self-efficacy,anxiety,conscientiousness and neuroticism,the results of stepwise regression analysis showed that self-leadership strategies included self-goal setting,self-talk,self-reward,self-punishment,task-based natural reward,relationship-based natural reward,and belief personal assessment of and hypothesis,social assessment and selfprompt for beliefs and hypotheses could significantly predict procrastination behavior(P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of relevant self-leadership strategies can reduce the occurrence of procrastination behaviors of college students.
