摘要
目的观察分析双波长脉冲染料激光联合超分子水杨酸面膜(水杨酸浓度2%)治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2019年01月-2021年07月于我院皮肤科门诊治疗的178例玫瑰痤疮患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组89例。所有患者均给予口服多西环素、外用医院自制维生素E乳膏基础治疗。对照组使用双波长脉冲染料激光治疗,观察组为双波长脉冲染料激光联合超分子水杨酸面膜进行治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后研究组在第7周评分时客观症状评分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者自评的治疗有效率为83.15%,对照组为76.4%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.456,P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为16.85%,低于对照组的30.33%,差异具有统学意义(χ^(2)=6.064,P<0.05)。结论双波长脉冲染料激光联合2%超分子水杨酸面膜治疗玫瑰痤疮患者,可以提高临床治疗效果及患者自信,治疗方式安全,无特殊不可耐受不良反应发生。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of multiplex laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid facial mask(salicylic acid concentration 2%)in the treatment of rosacea.Methods Selected 178 rosacea patients treated in department of Dermatology of our hospital from January 2019 to July 2021 as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 89 cases in each group.All patients were given oral doxycycline and topical hospital-made vitamin E cream as basic treatment.The control group was treated with multiplex laser,and the experimental group was treated with pulsed dye laser combined with supramolecular salicylic acid mask.The curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatments,the objective symptom scores of the experimental group were significantly reduced at the week7,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-evaluated treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 83.15%,and that of the control group was 76.4%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.456,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 16.85%,which was lower than 30.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.064,P<0.05).Conclusion Multiplex laser combined with salicylic acid mask to treat patients with rosacea can improve the clinical treatment effect and patient self-confidence.It’s a safe and tolerable treatment,with little adverse reactions.
