抗微生物膜污染的银纳米改性膜开发研究进展

Research Progress of Nanosized Silver Modified Ultrafiltration Membrane with Anti-Microbial Contamination

摘要 膜污染是食品工程中面临的主要难题,而微生物膜污染是其中的主要方式之一,因此,设计和开发高效、绿色的抗菌膜系统是控制微生物膜污染的有效途径。含银(Ag)复合配方改性膜是评估和筛选抗微生物高通量膜的重要候选材料之一,与此同时,纳米技术的出现极大增强了银的杀菌抗毒效力,然而,如何提高纳米银在膜上分散的均一度,控制载银复合膜中纳米银的迁移和释放是银纳米改性膜开发的关键问题。文章综述了聚醚砜(PES)、氧化铝、陶瓷、聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)改性膜技术的优缺点,表明纳米银PVDF超滤膜具有高机械强度、稳定性和亲水性,且制备方法较为简便经济,预测其在未来防治微生物膜污染中可以发挥重要作用。同时,如何制备稳定、高质量的银纳米改性膜是食品加工中Ag材料未来的主要研究方向。 Membrane contamination is a major problem in food engineering,in which microorganisms are the main cause of membrane contamination.Designing and development of efficient and green antibacterial membrane system is an effective way to control microbial contamination.Silver-containing compound modified membrane is an important candidate material for evaluating and screening antimicrobial high throughput membranes.The emergence of nanotechnology has greatly enhanced the bactericidal and antitoxic efficacy of silver.It is a major challenge to make silver nanoparticles evenly dispersed in the membrane and to control the migration and release of Ag nanoparticles in the Ag-loaded composite membrane.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of polyethersulfone(PES),alumina,ceramics and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)modified membrane technology are reviewed,from which can be shown that nano-Ag PVDF ultrafiltration membrane has high mechanical strength,stability and hydrophilicity,and the preparation method is relatively simple and economical.As a result,it is predicted that it will play an important role in prevention and control of microbial membrane fouling in the future.At the same time,how to prepare stable and high-quality Ag nano-modified films is the main research direction of Ag materials in food processing in the future.
