摘要
目的探究本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术联合引导式教育对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能及痉挛状态的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年12月我院收治的住院脑性瘫痪患儿80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患儿均接受本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术进行治疗,观察组额外增加半天引导式教育流程课。于治疗训练前、训练后6个月观察记录患儿的步行周期和步行功能等粗大运动功能,并在治疗6个月后对患儿进行下肢痉挛分级评分。结果观察组患儿粗大运动GMFM评分(155.24±4.72)高于对照组(143.62±3.49),痉挛分级评分(1.45±0.34)低于对照组(2.53±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术联合引导式教育能有效提高脑性瘫痪患儿的运动功能,并降低患儿的痉挛状态。
Objective To explore the effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(FNF)technology combined with guided education on motor function and spasticity of children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods A total of 80 hospitalized children with CP admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The sick children were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,40 in each group.Both groups received proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques for treatment,and the observation group received an additional half-day guided education process class.Before treatment and after 6 months of treatment,the children’s walking cycle and walking function and other gross motor functions were observed and recorded.After 6 months of treatment,the children were graded and scored for lower limb spasticity.Results Gross motor function classification system(GMFCS)score of the observation group was 155.24±4.72 which was higher than 143.62±3.49 of the control group.The spasticity grading score of the observation group was 1.45±0.34 which was lower than 2.53±0.22 of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PNF technology combined with guided education can effectively improve the motor function of children with CP and reduce their spasticity.
