班级管理也是一门艺术,需要辅导员有爱心、耐心、细心,做到润物细无声地对学生进行管理。辅导员在这个过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,在管理过程中需要辅导员的换位思考,需要辅导员的以身作则,更需要辅导员不断地、与时俱进地学习新的技能,做时代的弄潮儿,占领网络新媒体这块阵地,积极创新性地进行思想政治教育工作的开展。
Class management is also an art,which requires counselors to be loving,patient,and careful to manage students silently.Counselors play an important role in this process.In the process of management,counselors need to think in an alternative way,set an example for counselors,and more importantly,counselors need to keep pace with the times,learn new skills,be a trendsetter of the times.And occupy the position of new online media,actively and innovatively carry out the development of ideological and political education.
