羟氯喹治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对血清IL-1、IL-6水平的影响

摘要 目的 探讨羟氯喹治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效及对血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-1(IL-6)水平的影响。方法 选择我院2019年1月至2020年6月期间收治的64例糖尿病肾病患者并随机分为观察组(n=32)与对照组(n=32),对照组患者予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用羟氯喹治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、24 h尿蛋白定量及血清IL-1、IL-6水平的变化。结果 治疗后,观察组eGFR为(71.54±9.32)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2)),明显高于治疗前的(66.68±7.43)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2)),且明显高于对照组的(65.13±10.63)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2)),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组尿蛋白定量分别为(0.70±0.21)g/24 h、(1.25±0.32)g/24 h,与治疗前相比均明显降低,同时治疗后观察组尿蛋白定量明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组血清IL-1、IL-6水平分别为(19.23±5.82)pg/mL、(11.09±3.21)pg/mL和(28.52±6.63)pg/mL、(15.36±4.04)pg/mL,与治疗前相比均明显降低,同时观察组比对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 羟氯喹治疗糖尿病肾病可降低患者血清IL-1、IL-6水平,降低尿蛋白,从而更好的保护患者的肾功能。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its effect on serum interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-1(IL-6)levels.Methods A total of 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=32)and the control group(n=32).The control group was treated with irbesartan.The observation group was combined with hydroxychloroquine treatment based on the treatment of the control group.The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),24 h urine protein quantitative and serum IL-1 and IL-6 levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the eGFR of the observation group was(71.54±9.32)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2)),which was significantly higher than the(66.68±7.43)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2))before treatment,and was significantly higher than(65.13±10.63)mL/(min·1.73 m^(2))of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urine protein quantitative of the observation group and the control group were(0.70±0.21)g/24 h,(1.25±0.32)g/24 h,both were significantly lower than before treatment,and urine protein quantitative of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-1,IL-6 levels were(19.23±5.82)pg/mL,(11.09±3.21)pg/mL in the observation group and(28.52±6.63)pg/mL,(15.36±4.04)pg/mL in the control group,which were significantly lower than before treatment.The levels of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.And the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine treatment of diabetic nephropathy can reduce the levels of serum IL-1 and IL-6,reduce urine protein,and better protect the renal function of patients.
