摘要
为探索切丝宽度对白肋烟主流烟气中7种有害成分释放量的影响,考察了0.6 mm、0.8 mm、1.0 mm、1.2 mm等4个切丝宽度对白肋烟主流烟气中CO等7种有害成分及危害性指数的影响。结果表明:随着切丝宽度增加,白肋烟主流烟气中CO和HCN的释放量和单位焦油释放量逐渐减小,NNK和NH 3的释放量和单位焦油释放量逐渐增大,巴豆醛的释放量和单位焦油释放量呈抛物线型先上升后降低,B[a]P、苯酚的变化幅度较小,主流烟气中危害性指数逐渐增大。因此混合型卷烟研发时根据产品设计目标及兼顾卷烟品质,选择合适的切丝宽度可选择性的调节混合型卷烟烟气的七种有害成分及危害性指数。
In order to explore the effect of cutting width on the release of 7 harmful components in the mainstream flue gas of burley tobacco,the effects of 4 cutting width on 7 harmful components such as CO and the hazard index of mainstream flue gas of burley tobacco were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of cutting width,the release of CO and HCN and tar per unit decreased,the release of NNK and NH3 and tar per unit increased,the release of crotonaldehyde and tar per unit increased first and then decreased,the change of B[a]P and phenol was small,and the hazard index in mainstream smoke increased gradually.Therefore,according to the product design objectives and considering the cigarette quality,seven harmful components and hazard index of the mixed cigarette smoke can be selectively adjusted by selecting appropriate cutting width.
