摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定塑胶跑道中多环芳烃(苯并[a]芘)含量结果计算的数学模型,系统分析并计算各不确定度分量和扩展不确定度。结果表明,不确定度的主要分量是标准曲线和样品的重复测量,为气相色谱-质谱法测定塑胶跑道中多环芳烃的实验室质量控制和不确定度评定提供参考依据。
The mathematic model was established to calculate the contents of PAHs(benzo[a]pyrene)in plastic track by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and then each uncertainty component and expand uncertainty was calculated and systematically analyzed.The results showed that thestandard curve and the repeated measurement were the most valuable factors of uncertainty.It can provide reference for quality control and uncertainty evaluation of PAHs in plastic track by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
