摘要
质量验评是工程施工中的重要环节,传统的施工质量检验与评定主要用纸质文档进行验评填报、签字、流转和归档等,数据难以实时统计,存在工作量大、效率低、查询不便等问题。通过分析研究标准化工作流、表单电子化、BIM轻量化和数据融合等相关信息化技术手段,设计开发了工程质量验评数字化平台,结合移动终端实现验评数据、现场图片、视频等资料的实时上报、流转、共享,使验评更加便捷、高效,提高工作效率,进而实现质量验评的数字化、智能化,提高工程质量验评管理的水平和能力,提升工程质量。
The quality inspection and assessment is an important part ofa project construction.Traditional construction quality inspection and assessment mainly use manual paper documents for inspection,filling,signing,circulation and archiving.The data is difficult to count in real time and there are problems such as large workload,low efficiency and inconvenient query.The digital technology of engineering quality inspection and assessment was studied by this paper.Through the analysis and research based on standardize workflow,form electronization,BIM lightweight and data fusion and other related information technology methods,it designed a digital evaluation and inspection platform for engineering quality inspection and evaluation.Combining with mobile terminals,it had achieved real-time reporting,circulation and sharing of review data,on-site pictures,videos and other materials,making the review more convenient and efficient,improving work efficiency,realizing the digital and intelligent quality review and improving the quality of engineering works.
