信息-动机-行为技巧模型在白内障日间手术患者健康教育中的应用研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的健康教育在白内障日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至10月在汕头某眼科中心的212例白内障日间手术患者为研究对象,用数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各106例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型制订护理干预方案进行健康教育。分别在入院时、出院后1周、1个月时比较两组患者的用药信念、合理用药自我效能、用药依从性及复诊依从性。结果干预后1个月,实验组合理用药自我效能、用药依从性和复诊依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于IMB模型的健康教育方案可有效改善白内障日间手术患者的合理用药自我效能,提高患者的用药依从性和复诊依从性。 Objective To explore the effect of health education based on information-motivation-behavior skills(IMB)model in cataract day surgery patients.Methods A total of 212 patients undergoing cataract daytime surgery in an eye center in Shantou from August to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=106)and experimental group(n=106)by the number table method.The control group received conventional health education,while the observation group was given nursing intervention plans for health education based on IMB model based on the control group.The medication belief,self-efficacy for appropriate medication,medication compliance and follow-up compliance of the two groups were compared at admission,1 week,1 month after discharge respectively.Results One month after intervention,self-efficacy for appropriate medication,medication compliance and follow-up compliance of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education program under IMB model can effectively improve the self-efficacy for appropriate medication,medication compliance and follow-up compliance of cataract patients undergoing day surgery.
