摘要
厂拌热再生技术是一种有效的利用沥青路面铣刨回收料的技术,随着旧料掺量的提高,其经济性和环保性越发显著。为了提高实际工程中回收沥青混合料(recycled asphalt pavement,RAP)的含量,按细级配、低空隙率、富油思路重新设计厂拌热再生AC-20沥青混合料配合比,试验段路用性能试验结果表明:40%RAP掺量的厂拌热再生AC-20沥青混合料的的马歇尔体积指标满足规范要求,且具有良好的高温、低温、水稳定性能,路面的压实度和抗渗性满足要求,可节约大量资源、经济性强,具有较好的推广前景。
Hot plant recycling technology is an effective way to use recycled asphalt pavement material.Moreover,as the amount of used material is increased,its economy and environmental friendliness become more and more significant.In order to improve the content of recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)in the actual project,the hot plant recyclingAC-20 asphalt mixture was redesigned according to the idea of fine gradation,low void ratio and oil-richness.Finally,the test section road performance test results demonstrated that:the Marshall volume index of hot plant recyclingAC-20 asphalt mixture with 40%RAP can meet the specification requirements.More importantly,it has excellent high temperature,low temperature and water stability performance,as well as the compaction and impermeability of the pavement to meet the requirements.As a result,this can save a lot of resources,economical,and has a good promotion prospect.
