Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and massage on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:138 cases were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 69 cases in each group. Those who implemented oral Chinese medicine were the control group, the observation group was treated with oral Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and massage. Results:After treatment, the total efficiency between two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),after treatment, the ODI and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).In the observation group, average peak flow velocity of bilateral vertebral arteries, peak systolic flow rate of bilateral vertebral arteries, mean peak velocity of basilar artery and peak systolic velocity of the basilar artery significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Theβ-endorphin concentration of the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).PGE2 in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis receiving oral Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and massage treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, the pain degree of the patient can be effectively relieved, the cervical spine function is significantly improved, and it has high clinical application value.
