摘要
试验在断奶仔猪饲料中添加不同水平的酵母核苷酸,探讨酵母核苷酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫力的影响。选取160只断奶仔猪,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头断奶仔猪。试验1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;试验2组、试验3组、试验4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的酵母核苷酸。试验期35 d,其中预试期7 d。结果显示,3组和4组断奶仔猪的末重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3组和4组断奶仔猪的平均日增重显著高于对照组和2组(P<0.05);3组和4组断奶仔猪料重比显著降低(P<0.05);所有试验组断奶仔猪的腹泻率均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。3组和4组断奶仔猪血清的总蛋白、白蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);所有试验组断奶仔猪血清甘油三酯含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);3和4组的断奶仔猪血清谷草转氨酶活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。3组和4组断奶仔猪血清的补体C3、补体C4和白细胞介素-10含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);所有试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在断奶仔猪饲料中添加不同水平的酵母核苷酸可以提高仔猪的生长性能,改善部分血清生化指标,增强机体免疫功能,酵母核苷酸的最适添加量为0.10%。
The experiment studied the addition of different levels of yeast nucleotides in the feed of weaned piglets to explore the effect of yeast nucleotides on the growth performance,serum biochemistry and immunity of weaned piglets.160 weaned piglets were selected and divided into four test groups with four replicates in each group and ten weaned piglets in each replicate.Piglets in test group 1(control group)were fed with basal diet,and piglets in test group 2,group 3 and group 4 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.05%,0.10%and 0.20%yeast nucleotides,respectively.The experiment lasted for 35 d,and the pre feeding period lasted for 7 d.The results showed that the final weight of weaned piglets in groups 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the average daily gain of weaned piglets in group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in control group and group 2(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio of weaned piglets in group 3 and group 4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets in all test groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).Serum total protein and albumin contents of weaned piglets in group 3 and group 4 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the triglyceride content of weaned piglets in all experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase in serum of weaned piglets in group 3 and group 4 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of complement C3,complement C4 and interleukin-10 in serum of weaned piglets in group 3 and group 4 was significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the immunoglobulin G content of all experimental groups was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the content of tumor necrosis factor was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding different levels of yeast nucleotides to the feed for weaning piglets can improve the growth performance and some blood indicators,and enhance the immune function of the body.The optimum amount of yeast nucleotides added is 0.10%.
