摘要
国内一些城市出现蔓延式发展的问题亟须转型,与之相对的紧凑发展理论则成为转型的理论基础。此时,对于紧凑发展模式,取其精华,去其糟粕,并为我国内地城市转型所借鉴就显得尤为重要。文章通过研究我国香港地区的紧凑发展模式,对用地、功能、交通、空间、社会等方面进行探究总结,并从这五个方面实现对紧凑发展理论的借鉴。
The problem of the spread development in some cities in China is in urgent need of transformation.The relative compact development theory becomes the theoretical basis of transformation.At this point,it is particularly important for the compact development mode to extract its essence and to remove its dross and to be learned by the transition cities in China.By studying the compact development model in Hong Kong,this paper explores and summarizes it from the aspects of land use,function,transportation,space and society,and realizes the reference to the compact development theory from these five aspects.
