摘要
互联网的普及与信息技术的发展改变了诸多行业原有的生产管理模式,信息化管理逐渐渗透到越来越多的企业管理中,成为现代企业不可缺少的管理手段。目前,我国中小企业在信息化管理过程中依然存在一些不足,阻碍着中小企业的发展。基于此,论文对企业信息化管理进行了简要概述,介绍了企业信息化管理的作用,对目前中小企业信息化管理中存在的问题进行了深入剖析,并提出了相关解决措施,以期帮助中小企业更好地推进信息化管理,实现更高效益。
The popularization of the internet and the development of information technology have changed the original production management mode of many industries.Informatization management has gradually penetrated into more and more enterprise management and become an indispensable management means for modern enterprises.At present,in the process of informatization management,China's small and medium-sized enterprises still have some deficiencies,hindering the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on this,the paper gives a brief overview of enterprise informatization management,introduces the role of enterprise informatization management,analyzes the problems existing in the current informatization management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward relevant solutions,so as to help small and medium-sized enterprises better promote informatization management,and achieve higher benefits.
