摘要
目的调查妊娠期高血压疾病产妇的妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析平煤神马医疗集团总医院2010年1月-2021年5月间妊娠期高血压疾病患者6800例,调查产妇妊娠期并发症、围生儿不良结局等。结果6800例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,妊娠期高血压为2520例,占37.06%;子痫前期(轻度1850例、重度1690例)3540例,占52.06%;子痫18例,占0.26%;妊娘合并慢性高血压722例,占10.62%。妊娠期高血压组阴道分娩率高于子痫前期组、子痫组及妊娠合并慢性高血压组,其中子痫组阴道分娩率最低(P<0.05),不同组别分娩孕周差异显著(P<0.05);不同妊娠期高血压疾病类型间贫血及低体重儿比较,差异显著(P<0.05),新生儿窒息、死亡率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病对对妊娠结局造成不良影响,临床需要及早干预、进行合理的围产期管理,并适时终止妊娠,确保母婴安全。
Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with bypetensive disease during pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 6800 patients with hypertension during pregnancy ih the General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group from January 2010 to May 2021 was conducted.Maternal complications during pregnancy and adverse perinatal outcomes were investigated.Results 0f the 6800 cases of hypertension in pregnancy,2520 cases of hypertension during pregnancy,accounting for 37.06%;3540 cases of preelampsia(1850 cases of mild,1690 cases of severe),accounting for 52.06%;18 cases of eclampsia,accounting for 0.26%;722 cases of pregnancy complicated with chronice hypertension,accounting for 10.62%.The rate of vaginal delivery in the hypertension group during pregnancy was higher than that in the preeclampsia group,the eclampsia group and the chronic hypertension group.Among them,the vaginal delivery rate in the eclampsia group was the lowest(P<0.05),and the gestational week of delivery was signifieantly diferent in different groups(P<0.05);Comparison of anemia and low bith weight infants among dfferent types of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy(P<0.05),comparison of neonatal asphyxia and mortality(P>0.05).Conc lus ion Hypertension in pregnancy has an adverse ffeet on the outcome of pregnancy.Farly elinical intervention,reasonable perinatal management,and timely termination of pregnaney are needed to ensure the safely of mothers and babies.
