摘要
坡地型弃渣场通常会遇到地形陡峭、强地震、弃渣规模大、高边坡等现实情况,直接影响弃渣场安全,而目前国内外对坡地型弃渣场防治措施体系的研究较少。以巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站3号存弃渣场为例,结合区域水土流失特点,分析了弃渣成分及堆置方案的稳定性。针对大型弃渣场的水文、地形地质条件、安全稳定以及水土流失防治要求,明确了弃渣堆填要求,提出了工程措施、植物措施和临时措施的总体布局,形成了大型坡地型弃渣场综合防治措施体系。研究成果可为类似坡地型弃渣场防治提供参考。
Slope type spoil disposal yards usually encounter steep terrains,large amount of wastes and high slopes,which directly affects the safety of spoil disposal yard and soil and water conservation.However,there are few stud⁃ies on the prevention and control measure system of slope type spoil disposal yard.In this paper,taking No.3 spoil disposal yard of Karot Hydropower Station as an example and considering the characteristics of soil and water ero⁃sion in this region,the spoil composition and the stability of stacking scheme are analyzed.According to the require⁃ments of hydrology,topography,geology,safety and stability,as well as the requirements of prevention and control of soil and water erosion for large spoil disposal yard,the requirements of spoil disposal stacking are clarified,and the overall layout of engineering measures,plant measures and temporary measures are put forward.The comprehensive system of prevention and control measures for slope type spoil disposal yard is formed.The study results can provide a reference for the prevention and control measure systems of other slope type spoil disposal yards.
